Applied Leadership Science
Our courses are filled with engaging activities designed to be both enjoyable and grounded in proven leadership science. Every game, challenge, and discussion is carefully crafted to help students learn by doing—making leadership concepts come alive through experience. After quick lessons on specific skills, we put them in opportunties to try it.
Emotional Intelligence in Action
We believe leadership starts with knowing yourself. Through reflection and teambuilding exercises, students practice all four key areas of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. These skills aren’t just talked about—they’re lived out in every session.
Building Community
When students step into our program, they’re often surrounded by peers they’ve never met before. This fresh start allows them to intentionally build new connections, practice inclusivity, and discover the power of belonging to a supportive community.
Encouraging Authenticity
Our team is trained to value and celebrate each student’s uniqueness. We challenge every student to grow into a stronger leader without losing the qualities that make them who they are. Authentic leadership is the goal, and our environment is designed to nurture it.
