Workshops
Workshops are designed to help target a specific area of leadership development a student feels they need to improve. They are single classes held for about 1-2 hours. Each is ran by a trained YLA facilitator and is a fantastic way to be introduced to the YLA experience.

In order to keep offering new and exciting content our workshop calendar changes regularly but if one is interesting to you feel free to fill out an interest form so that we know to offer it again soon!

Making Memorable Connections

Workshops
YLA knows that leadership can happen anywhere. Sports are often one of the first places you think of to see what a good leader looks like. Our workshops offer a place to work on the leadership skills in a focused environment before they are needed on the court, field, course, pool, ect...
